What we collect

Nothing you type into a tool. Every calculator, converter and generator on ledger365 runs inside your browser. The values you enter — amounts, grades, text, images, passwords — are processed on your device and are never sent to us, because there is no server-side component to send them to.

Local storage

Two preferences are saved in your browser's local storage: your light or dark theme choice, and any tools you pin to the home page. These stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and are cleared whenever you clear your browser data.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visit, which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from. This service is cookieless: it does not use cookies, local storage, or device fingerprinting, and it cannot identify you individually. It only produces aggregate counts, such as total page views, not a record tied to any one visitor.

Advertising

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings, or generally manage advertising cookies at aboutads.info. If a third-party ad network is active, it sets its own cookies independently of ledger365, and this policy will be updated to name it.

Other third parties

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and one script is loaded from Cloudflare's public CDN to draw QR codes. These providers receive your IP address as part of any ordinary web request, the same as any website you visit.

Children

This site is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
